Our Policy

Reservations:  24-48 Hour advance notice is preferred.

Cancellations:  Cancellations made prior to 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are without penalty.  A cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time is subject to a full fare charge.

Additional Stops:  A stop that is reasonably within the pick-up and drop off locations and not exceeding 15 minutes will be charge $20.00 each. Stops that take you out of reasonable travel area from pick-up and drop off locations and shall not exceed 30 minutes will be $35.00 each.  Stops or additional pick-ups exceeding 30 minutes will be charged the zone rate plus $75.00 per hour from the pick-up time.

Parking/tolls:  All parking and tolls will be added to the trip fare

Wait Time: Start 15 minute after scheduled pick-up time. After the grace period, wait time is charged at $18.75 per quarter hour

Early Morning/ Late Evening:  Any ride from 11:30 PM to 5:30 AM has additional $20.00 charge.

Holidays: The following holidays are subject to $25.00 surcharge: New year day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 3 PM, Christmas Day, New year Eve after 6 PM.

Gratuity: We recommend 20% gratuity for our chauffeurs   which will be added to your bill.
